Patients billing treatment through health insurance plans should be prepared to pay a copay or coinsurance. If you wish, we will verify insurance benefits ahead of time and present that information prior to your initial visit. Palmetto Family Medical Group also offers reasonable self-pay rates for all services, which qualifying patients have the option to finance. Moreover, we accept patients treating under Letters of Protection, Personal Injury Protection and Workers’ Compensation.

In addition to the New Patient Paperwork, please bring in a photo ID, your insurance or Medicare card (if billing through insurance), and any referrals from other physicians. Any other information in your possession that is relevant to your treatment would also be helpful.

The providers at Palmetto Family Medical Group use an integrated approach to create customized treatment plans for each patient. This approach centers around relieving pain by restoring health and function to the body. Moreover, we offer a wide range of services to help patients achieve their health goals. Health insurance covers most of these services, however, some services are not covered by insurance and are only available at our self pay rates. We offer FREE consultations at our Williamston office for those who are interested in a personal visit to find out more about our office.

Free consultations at Palmetto Family Medical Group typically last around 15 minutes. You will discuss treatment options with our staff, who will determine the best fit for your condition. We sometimes offer treatment following a free consultation, depending on the availability of the providers. If you don’t receive treatment that day, we will gladly schedule your followup appointments for the options you choose.
